I was planning to sell lotto at a shop i have empty. If anyone knows how to register to sell lotto. Extra info would be useful.

You need to go in person to Office of State Comptroller in your state and fill out forms . Some of info on these forms will also be shared with Internal Revenue Service.
Bring proof of ownership of shop and state issued ID along with your Social Security card.
If you already have a federal ID tax number(IRS),you’ll have to show that too.
